Born in North Carolina, David spent a number of years in Virginia where he graduated college with an AAS in Architectural Engineering, traveled as a touring musician, and spent a number of years investing in and selling real estate.

Since moving to the Wilmington area in 2007 he has earned the coveted Masters Diamond Award, Masters Ruby Award, has been inducted into the Presidents Club, and is currently ranked #16 in the state of North Carolina and is currently ranked in the top 5 individual agents in the region. He shares his life with his wonderful wife Terri and three awesome children, Steven, Lindsay, and Ariel.
